The Andalusian Center for Molecular Biology and Regenerative Medicine (CABIMER) has officially joined the “Seville, Spain’s Space Capital” initiative, a project led by the City Council that brings together public administrations, research centers, universities, major technology companies, and startups from the aerospace and scientific sectors. The initiative aims to establish Seville as a global leader by strategically integrating the space sector as a key driver of the city’s economy.
According to a statement issued by the City Council, CABIMER will contribute to this ecosystem with its extensive research expertise and technical capabilities, particularly in the field of aerospace. The center will also open up new opportunities for collaboration with the companies and organizations that are part of the Space Forum, another City Council–coordinated initiative, which CABIMER has now officially joined.
