The overall objective of Cabimer’s Equality and Diversity Committee is to identify and promote initiatives that help to achieve equality in the professional development of its employees, with a special emphasis on the careers of women in science and other groups that may be discriminated against in our working environment. Thus, this Committee seeks to implement tools that help adapt the working environment and conditions to the diverse needs of employees, so that they can carry out their professional activities at the research centre with real equal opportunities.
